The she17music Podcast
She17 is and was a women's live acoustic music event, based in Walthamstow. This podcast series is an oral and aural herstory, documenting the creativity, collaboration and diversity of this local project for and about women and non-binary musicians from North East London. The purpose was to offer a safe, supportive and confidence building live performance experience and in doing so campaign to have more women, girls and non-binary folk included on local festival line-ups and events also. She17 was Founded by Kim Watson and her partner Angie Hillcoat in April 2013.
